Payment

All payments are due in full prior to the shipment of items purchased.

Topham Knife Co reserves the right to require a non-refundable deposit for all custom knife orders, in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the purchase price as determined by Topham Knife Co, at its sole discretion. The remaining balance of purchase price for custom knife orders is due immediately after the Purchaser is notified of the completion of the knife.

Should there be specific customizations that are unique to you (eg, unique materials, colours, engravings, and or etchings) the full price will need to be settled before work commences.

Failure to complete payment in full for a custom knife within seven (7) business days of said notification (payment is not received or the payment method is declined, etc), the Purchaser has seven (7) working days to rectify the issue before they forfeit the ownership of any items purchased as well as any deposit/s previously paid relating to the item in question.

Shipping Policies

Shipping will be paid for by the Purchaser in the amount agreed upon between Topham Knife Co and Purchaser at the time of purchase.

Every effort is taken to ensure that shipping costs are fair and are fully tracked from end to end. Insurance may be taken however this usually has additional charges.

International Couriers (ICT, DHL) including full tracking are used when sending knives out of South Africa. The Tracking information will be shared with you so that you can track the progress of the package. Aftership will also send updates to you as info becomes available.

If an item is lost during shipping, the total cost of the item, including shipping, will be refunded to Purchaser. If an item is damaged during shipping Purchaser must immediately notify Topham Knife Co of the damage as per the Return Policy.

Customs

Should item/s shipped from South Africa be seized by your local customs, border agencies, and or government on entry as a result of local regulations and or restrictions, the full value of the items will not be refunded to you. It is your responsibility to know the applicable laws for your place of residence.

However, Topham Knife Co will work with you to ensure any requirements, paperwork, etc is completed should the need arise.

Liability

Topham Knife Co is not responsible for, and will not be held liable for, any harm, damages, injuries, or other health and safety issues that may result from the use of Topham Knife Co products or through the use of www.tophamknifeco.com.
