Custom-made Kitchen Knife

Whether you seek to delight someone special or spoil yourself with a unique gift, each handmade kitchen knife will be individually handcrafted to your exact requirements and specifications.

I can fulfil custom requests in either carbon, stainless, san-mai or stainless damascus steels. Please use the customiser below to build your custom knife.

The knives pictured are for reference purposes and are not the knives being sold. You are designing a “new” custom-made chef knife to your requirements. This is essentially a “quote request”. The price will reflect a zero charge/cost during checkout, as pricing and shipping will be confirmed with you afterwards. At this point, we will discuss all of the options.

Custom-built knives have a lead time depending on the number of knives, the materials chosen and the complexity of the build/s. This will be confirmed with you beforehand.

I only take a limited amount of custom knife orders, as I don’t want to make my clients wait an inordinately long time. Hence I’ll make custom orders available via my website periodically.

How does this work?

  • Depending on materials, a 50% deposit may be required upfront with the balance due on completion.
  • Usually through email and WhatsApp, we’ll discuss the type of knife you want.
  • When you have decided, I give you a quote on the project with details and a timeline.
  • I’ll put your project in my lineup, and start building your knife or knives.
  • While I’m busy, You wait. But I’ll send progress pictures.
  • I’ll email/message you when your knife is finished, and you pay the balance of the outstanding amount including shipping.
  • I’ll send you your beautiful handcrafted knife or knives (Tracking numbers will be provided)!
